Какую высоту бросить мяч? 150% вашего роста - это высота под брос. Я не знаю, кто это, допустим, у меня рост метр 80. Да и где-то представить себе, поднятую руку плюс ракетка - это, наверное, так и будет 90 см, так скажем.

И вот на этой высоте рекомендовано в среднем бить мяч. Ещё, конечно, зависит от потенциала прыжка: каждый прыгает по-разному. Кто-то может прыгнуть выше, кто-то ниже, и это тоже надо учитывать.

Почему я считаю важным бросать вот с высоты плеча, не опуская руку к шортам? Левая рука, потом правая, потом ещё ноги добавляются: подброс будет тяжеловато сделать. И чем изначально будет выше рука, соответственно, тем на меньшее расстояние придётся бросать мяч.

Если вы, например, отпустите руку к шортам, потом откроете руку чуть раньше, мяч просто улетит вперёд. То есть вам надо будет ещё почувствовать, где открывать руку. А так вы сразу держите руку здесь и уже просто передаёте только высоту, не придавая направление вперёд, это будет легче.
