Отпущу. И то и другое, и будем надеяться, упадут они одновременно. Вспомним известный эксперимент, когда молоток и перо одновременно отпустили на Луне.

Так как там почти вакуум, эти предметы под воздействием гравитации продолжают одинаково разгоняться, пока одновременно не столкнутся с поверхностью. Ну как, повторяем этот опыт на земле, и, естественно, молоток приземляется заметно раньше пера.

Присмотритесь, КПЕ видно, что оно не ускоряется по мере падения. Большую часть времени оно движется с постоянной, так называемой, конечной скоростью. Такое происходит, когда сила гравитации, которая тянет тело вниз, оказывается равна силе сопротивления воздуха, которая толкает его вверх.
