The importance of networking.

This is the day in the life of a jet broker. I flew out to Switzerland for eBay. For anyone who loves jets, eBay is like being a kid in the candy store. It's where you'll find the latest and greatest in jet innovations while providing unparalleled networking opportunities. Maybe even make a few sales. Really super confidential.

Yeah, immediately when I got there, I started greeting friends, having meetings, talking business. These events are an opportunity to keep friendships alive and build new ones. With all this networking going on, it's time for a little break. And what better distraction than the static display? This is where you can see the latest top-of-the-line aircraft.

Me and my team check on some of the aircraft they have on display, and even here I'm still meeting new people. You really can't underestimate how important meeting people and making friends is when it comes to your business life. It's damn near everything. As I spend my day walking around, one thing was certain: there's a lot of fresh new faces, and many of them were coming up to me and telling me they love the content we're making, which genuinely boggles my mind.

Partial derivative of a parametric surface, part 1
So we’ve just computed a vector-valued partial derivative of a vector-valued function, but the question is, what does this mean? What does this jumble of symbols actually mean in a, you know, more intuitive geometric setting? That has everything to do wi…
