Нет смысла копаться в чём-то и ковыряться, если у вас не болит, если вам и так нормально. Если вы в душе внутри не проблематизированы, если у вас нет боли и страдания, стоит работать только с тем, что не работает. Работаем только с тем, что болит, в чём есть страдания. Если вам и так нормально, не трогайте это.

Вы ещё не насиделись, не настрадались, вы ещё не проблематизированы, гештальты не настоялись, у вас ещё нет мотивации к изменениям. Если вам недостаточно больно, вы в любом случае будете получать сопротивление и прокрастинацию. Вы в любом случае будете получать какие-то вторичные выгоды, вы в любом случае будете избегать.

Поэтому обращайте внимание, как вам, что вы чувствуете. Ничто. Вы думаете, что вам нужно пойти, там осознаться, поднять свою кундалини выше восьмой чакры и так далее. Что вам говорят ваши эмоции, что ваша психика говорит вам через ваши эмоции?
