Know every airplane that's out there for sale. We know every detail about it, and we know who's representing what buyers and sellers. You need technology and you need data.

But once they get in here, if you don't get to keep their attention, you're going to lose them in two seconds. So, we built our own app that takes people through a process of how you select the right aircraft model that fits your needs.

We ask a bunch of questions. You start out with about 149 different aircraft models to pick from. They start asking questions like how much you want to spend, how many people you got to carry, how far you got to go, how old of an airplane.

And it filters out all the airplanes that don't meet those parameters. It comes out to a few at the bottom, and then you start comparing full-size cross-sections, win charts, range maps, and video walkthroughs.

Really, in a half an hour, are you trying to build the confidence in these clients to say, "Yeah, you guys really know what the hell you're talking about. I want you to represent us," and that's the goal.

Discontinuities of rational functions | Mathematics III | High School Math | Khan Academy
So we have this function ( f(x) ) expressed as a rational expression here, or defined with a rational expression. We’re told that each of the following values of ( x ) selects whether ( f ) has a zero, a vertical asymptote, or a removable discontinuity. …
Analyzing unbounded limits: mixed function | Limits and continuity | AP Calculus AB | Khan Academy
So, we’re told that ( f(x) ) is equal to ( \frac{x}{1 - \cos(e^x) - 2} ), and they ask us to select the correct description of the one-sided limits of ( f ) at ( x = 2 ). We see that right at ( x = 2 ), if we try to evaluate ( f(2) ), we get ( \frac{2}{1…
Gilded Age versus Silicon Valley | GDP: Measuring national income | Macroeconomics | Khan Academy
Let’s give ourselves a little bit more food for thought on this labor versus capital question. So, like we’ve mentioned many, many, many times, in order to produce anything, you need a little bit of both. Or you maybe need a lot of both. You need labor, a…
Turning Roadkill Into Art | National Geographic
I think what I’m aiming for is this notion of, I guess, seduction and revulsion. Something that’s really beautiful, really lush, rubbing up against something that’s also perhaps repulsive. I’m an artist and roadkill resurrector. The first body of work th…
15 Ways To BUY BACK Your TIME
Maybe it’s because we got older, definitely because we got busier, but there’s this one thing we absolutely hate: wasting precious time. We straight up feel robbed of something that’s impossible to get back, so we are extremely protective with our time an…
Growing Sweet Potatoes | Live Free or Die: How to Homestead
[Music] This is how you grow sweet potatoes. This is the first step: get the sweet potatoes. Okay, the next step is to get some potting soil. So, I’m going to bury them down in there, and then they go into a hot spot. Then they’ll spring into action and…
