Hey guys, this is my Kids 101, and today I'm going to be unboxing the JCC Cube speakers by Ice Tech.

Basically, what these speakers are, it's very unique. It's just one little box. It doesn't really play any sound, but as soon as you put it down on your desk, your desk will start to make sound because it will just play the music out of your table by sending out the sound waves.

So here we are. Here is the box I got sent by Ice Tech, and I'll be doing a review for these features shortly after I test. So I open up the box, this pulls right up, and as you can see, Ice Tech speakers and the manual—I have to read that later. Then we just have black stuff. I'm just kidding, that's somebody cover up to protect it.

So here, on our right, we've got the remote control. The remote control is power, volume up and down, bass up and down, treble up and down, and a loudness switch, which is pretty much a mute switch, I guess. So this is that, and I'm pretty sure the batteries are included. Yes, they are included. I'm just going to pop that right out and put that there.

All right, now next we have on the left the actual speaker itself. Now, the speaker is extremely small in comparison to an iPod Touch. Right here, see this? This is about half the size of an iPod Touch. Again, here's an Apple remote—much, much smaller. This is a tiny set of speakers, but this is very heavy, actually. Believe it or not, these speakers—I don't know, I do have a bad sense of weight, but I'm guessing they're around five pounds.

So here's the speakers, I'm just gonna open that up, give you guys a good look. Here we are, remove that sticker. It's very shiny and small—Ice Tech mini, USA.

On the back, I don't know if you can see this, there is the DC in to power, the stereo in where you would put your jack. There is up and down, I assume that is volume. There is just the on and off button, and these buttons are rubber, and they do have a nice clicky feel.

All right, so then that's it for the top of the box. You can just simply pull that up, and then now we get to the cable section of the box, which is the last section of the box.

So got two simple cables, take those out. On the bottom, you've got our power cord, so this goes right into our wall. And then move to the side. So this is how it works. Basically, you plug this into the DC in.

All right, then there's going to be the big brick. Now you attach the brick to the power cord, you plug that in. There we go, and the power cord, as you guys probably know, plugs right into the wall.

All right, so I just plugged them into the wall. Right now, as you can see, this red light turns on. Now I'm going to press the on/off button—it turns blue. It also comes with this bag. This bag just has the sound cable, so let's see this here.

No, I'm sorry, there's a small and there's a big one. So the small side goes into the pop machine, and now it's starting to make a buzzing noise. The big side goes into an iPod or laptop, whatever you want to use—in this case, iPod Touch.

So let's plug that in. All right, let me find a song.

All right, so I've selected a song. Now, I'm gonna hit play, and we're gonna see what happens. I hear it a little bit, but not really. If I put the bottom to my ear, it's as if I'm putting a headphone to my ear, but it's not very impressive, and this is max volume.

So now I'm gonna sit the speaker down on my table, and we'll see what happens. So as you can see, it's rubberized on the bottom, so the rubber actually has to be completely pushing in stable, and it actually plays through. I can try changing the volume, so happy, and it actually does get much better.

All right, so this was just a quick guide on how to use it and unboxing, but for a full review— the pros, the cons, would I recommend this product? Please come back to Mac Kids 101 for a full review.

So thank you for watching my Kids 101, subscribe, and goodbye!
