Левая рука в теннисе, для чего она нужна? Левая рука нужна для того, чтобы приучить человека дисциплинированно работать ногами.

Вы выставляете руку и объясняете человеку, что расстояние между тобой и мячом — это левая рука в сторону плюс ракетка в этой руке. И вы приучаете человека наносить удар, не убирая руку.

Я покажу, какие ошибки бы возникали, если бы человеку эту руку разрешали убирать. Например, мяч находится близко — человек бьёт, человек не доходит ногами, человек бьёт. Да, если вы приучите человека вот на мяч, который находится ближе, отрабатывать ногами и создавать расстояние: левая рука плюс ракетка, то это будет что-то похожее на технически правильный форхенд.

То же самое касательно движения вперёд. Например, человек должен дорабатывать ногами. Если он дисциплинированно, если он разрешает себе убирать левую руку...
