Мотиватор: "Хотите поддерживать мотивацию просыпаться с мотивацией каждый день, первым делом записывайте цели, сразу же как проснетесь в 4 утра, берите блокнот и включаете компьютер, и опять записывайте цели первым делом. Ясно, но может быть не прямо самым первым, может, вы встаете, идете в уборную, но потом сядьте и надо набросать цели.

Запишите свои цели: чего вы хотите достичь в жизни? Не боевые планы, не список дел, не к тому сегодня надо зайти, а цели — то, что вас зажигает, чего вы желаете. Я уже говорю: если у вас нет целей, вы не живёте ими каждый день.

Тогда мы всю жизнь будете пахать на чье-то еще — цели, мечты, и воплощать их, вам этого не надо. Ежедневно записываете их с утра и продолжайте стремиться к своим задачам, своим целям, своим замыслом.

Записано их ежедневно: если они вам важны и ценны, то просыпайтесь и снова смотрите на них, и что не видя, что забываешь, а какие у меня сегодня цели? Каждое утро я просыпаюсь, то первым делом, первым же делом, я записываю свои цели каждый день."
