My 4am Productive Morning Routine🌞⏰| Med School Diaries 📚👩🏻‍⚕️

Hi guys! It's me, Judy.

Today, I'm showing you my 4 AM morning routine. I start my morning routine with a morning yoga practice because I decided to care a bit about my mental health. Being a med student is not easy. You're probably thinking, "Why are you waking up at 4:00 AM?" It's because I wanted to wake up at 5:00 AM, but I couldn't. So, I thought if I woke up at 4:00 AM for a week, then I think things would get easier for me to wake up at 5:00 AM, and it worked!

After doing my skincare, I made my bed. I've been making my bed for about a month now. I don't know if it brings any boosted productivity, but I kind of love it. Then, I realized that my concealer is broken, but I decide to still use it, and it still works. So, we're going to work with that.

Afterwards, I'm putting this Innisfree powder, which is very popular in Japan and Korea. Then, I'm going downstairs, and I'm showing you the outside because I think you're a bit curious about how it looks at 4 AM. I'm filling up my glass, then preparing myself a breakfast. I'm having simit, which is a sesame bread. It's very common in Turkey. Then, I'm cutting up an orange as a snack that I'll eat during my study sessions.

I start to eat my breakfast. It's a typical Turkish breakfast, by the way. I'm half Japanese and half Turkish. I get comments like, "I thought you were Asian." I mean, I am half Asian and half Turkish, yep! After that, I'm cleaning the dishes and going upstairs to make myself a coffee. I recently moved the Turkish coffee machine to my room, and I love it! It always smells like coffee when I'm studying, and it's amazing.

I love the smell of coffee. If there's a Turkish coffee perfume, I would hundred percent buy it! I'm taking my Turkish coffee, moving to my desk, and taking my daily supplements. I take a multivitamin, iron, then calcium, and some omega-3.

Then, I choke and nearly come to death, and then I start studying. I'm currently taking a break from university—I mean, from med school—but I'm studying daily about six to eight hours. I cannot tell you what I'm studying; maybe you're getting curious, but I will tell you in a year, I guess. I don't know. Bye!
