How we maintain discretion at The Jet Business.

I've met with a lot of famous people and celebrities both personally in my social circles and professionally. But, of course, most people who are buying or selling their airplane are pretty confidential about the situation, so we usually don't try to share that kind of information with people.

I think our clients respect that kind of choice. There are some that will allow us to, but then again, in different markets, they're well known; in other markets, they're not.

To show some of that confidentiality in our showroom, we actually have a secret door in the back of the showroom that allows people to come in or exit, depending on if, let's say, paparazzi are following them in here, and then we need to get them out after our presentation.

Or maybe one of our competitors is in here meeting with us, and we have a client coming in, and we don't want them to know who's meeting with us. So, we use that confidential and secret entrance in some cases where we just don't want two people to meet face to face.
