Как говорил Надаль, в его понимании ментальность, мне очень понравилась тоже эта фраза. Может быть, это по-разному, но это когда ты не жалуешься, когда ты выходишь и в плохой день на корте, и ты тоже можешь заставить себя делать свой максимум. Это постоянный максимум спроса от себя, постоянный максимум выжимания 100% из сложившейся ситуации.

Вещи, которые не видны на поверхности, что-то такое. Когда вы можете стоять, просто общаться с человеком и ощущать его: что он сильный, не сильный, потому что у него там какая-то машина, на которой он приехал, потому что на нём часы, там, потому что он сильный здесь. Это мне кажется то качество, о котором все говорят, что оно самое важное.

На высоком уровне ментальность будет решать, но его никто не тренирует. Я попробую в этом видео показать своё видение, почему ментальность не тренируют и почему, опять же, она самая главная и самая тяжёлая для тренировки.
