How to not sell a private jet!

I've got a good friend of mine, client of here. He's looking for 6500. He wants it off market, preferably. He wants a 2020 play and onwards. Talk to somebody who's talking to somebody who's talking to somebody; that just never works.

The problem is, it's not something we normally do. Global 6500 is something we do with individuals chartering with price companies. I want a Global 6500, and he wants it off market. There are just too many variables here.

The other red flag is that he wants off market. The principal did not say he wanted off market. I can guarantee you that the only people who care if it's off market are somebody who doesn't have control of a customer and doesn't want anybody to know what the price is of the airplane.

It's not advertised in the public domain. If we can get to the source and get them to engage us to represent them, we can pay a finder's fee, and we could work around that. I really need to talk to the principal. Leave it with me, and then I'm going to H it all up, and I'm going to make sure that we get to the principal direct.

Okay, the situation is you're putting your finger up in the wind and say, you know, what's the temperature? I'm not saying there's no chance; maybe this guy is real and he went to this guy who's the operator.
