Как избавиться от страха одиночества, если вам одиноко?

Позвольте вашему страху одиночества работать. Я боюсь одиночества — это адекватное чувство или нет? Если это адекватное чувство, а не привычка тревожиться, когда мы попали в ловушку нашего старого механизма выживания, где мы должны тревожиться для того, чтобы чувствовать себя лучше.

Если ваш страх одиночества адекватен, возможно, вам стоит дать этому страху, этому переживанию, поработать. Возможно, у вас действительно недостаточно тёплых, доверительных отношений для того, чтобы вы чувствовали себя в безопасности.

Если вокруг меня огромное количество тёплых, надёжных, доверительных, здоровых отношений, у меня нет страха одиночества.
