Bush Engineering | Port Protection

less than 1m read
·Nov 11, 2024

I'm a essentially just a run-of-the-mill bush engineer. You give me some scrap steel, I'll figure it out. I'll make it work guaranteed. Sam's home and workshop are like no other. This is a homebuilt, started when I was 22. I'm not 22 anymore, thank God. Built from floating logs and dead trees, Sam's home is living proof of his rare ingenuity. It's been one board at a time.

As you can see, I still have boards to fasten down. I don't generally draw too many plans out for anything. I'm kind of a freestyle type guy. I'm by the C, your pants kind of guy. I can engineer just about anything up if I have any kind of scrap pile. Oh, that looks good, nice and heavy still. That's called eyeball engineering.

There's only one reason that I'm here: freedom. I don't have anybody trying to tell me how to live, and if they do, I tell them where to put it. Oh, this is called by guessing by golly construction company. My dad, he was constantly building industrial stuff out of old metal. Even though he didn't specifically, you know, sit and instruct me, it's like if you're hanging out with your dad, it rubs off on you. Perfecta Mundo! Controls the temperature of the stove, kind of like a thermostat.
