Ну, не все ж хотят учиться. Вот кто-то приходит и говорит, что я хочу играть, не терять же работу. Терять? Не теряйте себя, не теряйте себя в первую очередь. Не теряйте своё лицо из-за одного-двух идиотов.

Ваша работа может быть представлена в таком глупом свете, что для меня достаточно просто зайти. Вот так два взгляда мне надо кинуть на тренера: если у него один человек бьёт так, второй так, у него нет системы. У него люди замахиваться по-разному: кто-то бьёт вот так. Он не тренер.

Это человек, вводящий мяч, это человек, отбивающий его назад. Это человек, стоящий сбоку, одетый в какой-то костюм. Но это не тренер. У тренера должна быть своя система, у тренера должна быть своя репутация. У его продукт - это его репутационный проект.

Каждый человек должен представлять его в нормальном свете. Потерять трёх идиотов, чтобы найти одного нормального, лучше потерять, я глубоко уверен. И мой переезд сюда — это лишнее этому подтверждение, что есть люди. Да, их немного.
