Uploading Wide Screen Video to Youtube

Hey guys, this is Mack Kids101 and, um, as everybody knows, um, YouTube recently changed their uploader, or not uploader, their video players.

If I go to YouTube and, um, I watch, I don't know, this video you're gonna see, now it's widescreen. So now, if you, um, I have a couple videos that are in widescreen. I, I think, let's see, Tor Mac products.

So this is a widescreen video that I made. Hey guys! And it just plays perfectly with the YouTube player. I got many people asking me how I made it in widescreen, so I'm just going to show you right now.

First thing you do is open up iMovie. And if I want to make a new movie project, I just press Apple N, and it's going to ask me: widescreen, or for the iPhone, or for standard. When I shoot, I like to shoot in widescreen, so I just create that.

And if I record, it'll record, it'll look the same. I can just capture.

Okay, hey guys! What's up? Done, it's exporting now. We can click done. I'm not going to do any effects.

Okay, so that's widescreen, and if I were to put it on YouTube, it would look exactly like that.
