Будет очень сложно, но если мы перестанем обвинять и расхваливать людей, оценивая их поведение, понимая, что тут дело в биологии, я уверен, что это подарит нам лишь чувство безмерного облегчения.

Ведь в конечном итоге, для того кто действительно в это верит, в принципе отпадает необходимость и при этом быть лучше чем другие. И с этим же исчезает ненависть к другому человеку.

Полностью принять эту идею, что у меня иногда получается примерно секунд на пять, пока старые привычки не возьмут вверх, значит испытать потрясающее чувство умиротворения.

Мир станет лучше, если мы научимся не сбиваться с этой мысли.
