A Few Cool Features About Our Website

Hey guys, this is Mac Heads 101. This is just going to be a video on two cool things about Mac Heads on one site you probably didn't know. The first one is that on our website, we have a web application that runs on your PC, or on your iPhone, or on your Mac that, um, is just like the Mac is under one app for the Mac or the PC, except it's online.

And this is it. Um, so it's pretty straightforward. It's, um, it has the picture like normal; the Mac isn't a one thing like normal. This thing, the new thing, the about thing, and the blurb like normal. So if you're ever on your iPhone, I know it's been taking us a long time to come out with an iPhone application for the App Store. I'm sorry about that, but it should be out by February of 2009.

Um, we also have, um, um, so you can refresh on this. We also have another thing. If you go to nowkids1.com/pages/info.php, and we'll have a link to both of these in the description of this video, it will tell you three things: one, your remote IP address. This is your network's unique identifier.

Um, so this happens to be mine right now; I'm in Pittsburgh, so this is a Pittsburgh IP address right there. Um, under browser info, this is all that the web page can see about your browser: Mozilla/5.0 Macintosh; you Intel; Mac OS X; Gecko; Firefox 3.0.5. And then the outgoing port number is just the number Firefox is using. If you refresh this, it'll go up one, and if you use a proxy, it's going to be completely different.

Um, so also, um, so that's how to see all your browser info. So, um, the last thing on the Mac engine one app is useful on your iPhone or your cell phone. This is useful on everything just to check out your mod IP or see information a website can get for you.

We're also going to put up more information on this page shortly, so hang tight there, and soon you'll see a bunch more information on this page. Some of it is going to be more hard to understand than other parts of it, but these are the main three things that are easy to understand.

Um, so thank you for watching Mac Heads 101. Uh, these links will be in the description of the video. Um, for those of you watching this during the holidays, happy holidays, and goodby...
