#shorts I Respect Ideas

It's fair to criticize. I have no problem. I'm certainly an open critic, but—I've been very critical of you. This banking policy of late, I'm a real critic because I don't agree with it. But I'm just one voice. You can agree with me; you don't have to.

I just want to put my opinion out there to the extent that it helps you think about it. Then I've done my job. Whether you agree with me or not doesn't matter. What matters is that you consider the idea. I respect everybody's idea; I want to hear why it has merit.

I'm happy to let them tell me why they think it has merit. I'm very interested to be a student of new ideas because I know that's very valuable. I don't criticize people for having ideas that are different than mine, but I don't have to execute on them if I don't like them. I don't use them; it's that simple. But that's my prerogative, and that's the open discourse we should have as a society.

You should present ideas, present concepts, present your views, and then let the market absorb it.

Giraffes on a Boat | Podcast | Overheard at National Geographic
It’s kind of a bit Jurassic Parkish, like you can hear her rustling through the bushes but you can’t see her. And that the brush was just so thick, and you know with inch-long acacia thorns or, you know, the other kind of hooked-shaped thorn, so it was a …
The single most important thing when conducting business!
I just believe in referrals, repeat customers. You know, in our industry, it’s so small. If you do one thing wrong, I mean, your reputation is trash. And I just think that from having a relationship with some of the clients that we do, and we have some ve…
Why Do We Play Games?
Hey, Vsauce. Michael here. Why do humans play games? Whether it’s a video game or a board game or a physical game, like soccer - or football. I don’t have to put the ball in the net to survive, and, even if I did, why would I invite a goalie and another …
