Ошибка в списке частых ошибок по процессу обучения - это резаные. Навряд ли есть какой-то тренер, который ставит резаный перед кручёным ударом, и у человека возникает ощущение контакта с мячом.

Да и окончания на плечо очень многие люди прямо заканчивают удар резанной, и они пытаются привести ракетку опять же к плечу, особенно у кого был одноручный кн-д. То есть это просто неминуемо, и рефлекторно срабатывает кисть, которая, грубо говоря, с контактом должна продолжать движение.

И в резанном это как раз абсолютно наоборот. Вы должны искусственно сдержать кисть в конце, не давая ей дальнейшего инерционного движения после контакта. То есть даже напрягать кисть.

Как это исправить? Опять же, не ставить в приоритет попадание. Да, потому что попадание, наверное, вот этим вот ударом толчком будет легче для человека, который обучается.

Потому что что-то похожее на толчок он может сделать серединка на половинку между резаными и кручёным ударом, и мяч будет на той стороне. А именно ставить приоритет опять же в касании.
