Youtube Channel Beta

·Nov 3, 2024

Hey guys, as Mac Kids, and on today I'm going to be showing you about the YouTube channel beta that came out a long time ago. I never got around to making a video on it, so this channel beta, you might have seen it a lot of channels. It looks somewhat like this. Let me just show you a channel I know uses it.

So, it has this bar at the top with the subscribe button, and it has this video bar on the side, and you can watch videos right in here. So how do you get this channel enabled on your channel? Because, as you can see, most channels don't look like that. This is like what the default channel will look like, pretty much.

So, in order to enable this channel beta, you first log into your account, and then you go to the following URL: youtube.com/sour soup ur secret. I will have the link in the description to this. So once you go to that, it'll bring you here and you just click "upgrade my channel."

So, okay, well let's go, and now on my YouTube account, I see this new fancy beta channel. So now you can set backgrounds, colors, etc., and it's really cool the way it looks. I like this channel beta. It lets you customize your channel right on the screen; that's pretty cool.

So let's just save the changes, and as you'll see, it will appear once it's done saving. So, as you can see, right now it's taking forever to save. I think it might never. See, this channel beta has some glitches, and if you have a background or wallpaper customized for your channel, such as Mac Kids, in the one, let me just show you, our background is customized for our channel. Then it will look bad if you switch to the channel beta because the fancy background we worked on will be lost.

So this is the new channel beta. It lets you do a lot of the same stuff on the main page for your YouTube account. Now, the interesting thing is that this uses a lot of Ajax, of course, so your computer will, of course, be downloading content when you're doing this, but it's on the same page, so what makes it cool?

You can also easily get your own channel back, and now it's back to normal. So this is the channel beta. I will have the link to that page in the description. It's no big secret anymore, but it was a secret back a long time ago when I switched to Linux heads and all into that background. But still, it's kind of lame.

So anyway, this is our video on the new channel Mia. So thanks for watching, Mac Kids. Now, don't forget to subscribe and give up!
