Why you must stay positive

You feel down or let down by other people. Things fall apart, but you really can't let your outer self show that stuff. You have to be able to sort of just rub it off, brush it off your shoulder, man. Move on, because you can't let negative energy be spread to all the people around you.

If you spread it to them, they're going to start getting negative. So, even no matter how negative you are inside, you have to act positive. If you talk to somebody on the phone, they feel it in your voice. If you see people face to face, they see it in your body language.

100%. No matter if you have to fake it, you have to just be positive. Actually, if you fake being positive, you'll be positive. You can't fake the energy, and you'll think positively, and it'll make you feel positive. If you're feeling sick and you say, "I don't really believe I'm sick," you go out, you go to the gym, you go get on the phone at work, you'll forget you're sick.

Okay, it doesn't happen with every sickness, but you can think yourself better in a lot of cases, and you can think yourself worse. If you wake up and you're tired, and you keep saying, "Ah, I'm so tired, I'm exhausted, I don't want to get out of bed today," you won't, and you're going to ruin the day. If you just say, "I don't care how tired I am, I'm going to get in this."
