Слева резанный удар. При ударе слева резаным не так сильно отличается от работы ног при ударе слева кручёным. То есть, делается первый шаг, при нём отводятся плечи и руки на определённое расстояние и высоту.

Высота похожа на высоту замаха слева в закрытой стойке. Кручёное передвижение мяча заканчивается в закрытую стойку с переносом веса на правую ногу, частично оставаясь на левой. Дальше разводятся руки сверху вниз вперед.

Так я и показывал руки на ударе с места. И когда уже человек чуть-чуть с уровнем, он в конце выпрямления рук, если бросал их с усилием и правильно перенёс вес тела, добавляет шаг вперёд. Таким образом, у него ноги заканчивают удобно положение для того чтобы...
