My Apple Products

Hey guys, this is mackheads101 and I've got several requests asking which apple products I've had. So, um, I'm just gonna do what I've had in the last few years because I know that in the past I've had some really old, um, but I'm not gonna talk about those. Talk about those later because I don't have them anymore. I sold them.

So right now I have an iPhone 3G. Counting all the ones in my house, there's three: two 8 gig black—that's what this is—and one white 16 gig—that's my sister's. I also have a white MacBook right here on my desk. I have, um, an iPod touch. This is the old iPod touch; it's not open, uh, it has 2.0. And another iPod touch, there's nothing in this though because I sold it, and I'm planning on selling this too. So that's why I don't think that many iPod touch videos; I just use my iPhone.

Next, I'll also include the PCs and, um, Macs I'll be playing with in the future. Um, here is my parents' bedroom. There used to be like an Apple II over there or, uh, it was either Apple II or Lisa or something like that. It was one of the oldest Apple computers there was, but we recently sold that. Here is a new office in my house—we have an old Windows right over there and it's not hooked up because it's new, and we got the monitor right there. Hopefully, we're gonna be switching it to an iMac.

This is my sister's bedroom right here. She has a white MacBook; she also, as I said, has the white iPhone. Um, next we're going to be going to my office; I just have to go through the kitchen. Hold on.

Okay, so this is my other main office. As you can see, I have, um, let me turn the lights on for you. Um, the older iMac, the white one. MobileMe is asking if I want to sync my clients; I'll say sure. So, sync bookmarks and I'll install that later. Quick! So there we go, that's my white iMac. We also got an HP laptop there; that's my dad's. She doesn't take the best care of it, as you can see that was on it, but that's not the point.

Um, this is my mom and my sister's iPhone boxes. As you can see, the white one comes with a white box—that's pretty cool. Next is going to be the most exciting tech room of my house. This is my basement; I love it very much. So sorry for the messiness! Um, here we go; right here we've got a projector, so we've got a screen that comes down. The screen's right now is down, and on the back, my mom did this for me. We've got Velcro right there; I don't know if you can see that. There's some on either side.

What we do is if I want to make, um, movies with, um, Final Cut Pro or, um, or After Effects, I'll—here, I'll show you what I do. Okay, well, um, I can't find my green screen sheet right now, but I've got a green screen sheet and I'll just put it down there and I'll raise the screen and then I'll green screen with that.

Here we've got Verizon Fios internet; it's pretty fast. And we've got the Sony Vaio desktop, a very big screen—24 inches I think, and we're planning on changing this with a Mac Pro. As you can also see, um, I got all that, so I'm going to be explaining what that is. First off, I've got an AV system—that's the way I can hook it up with the TV downstairs, put the DVD, the VCR, and I can, um, get the upstairs computer onto the sound with built-in speakers all over the walls.

Next, I've got this data transfer switch; it switches to the PC and the AV system, and the other two aren't set up. I've got a video splitter and, um, had a DVD player here. I don't know what happened to it, but right now we just use this computer if we want to play DVDs.

This entire shelf—oh yeah, by the way, the VCR in case I want to use tapes—turn the tapes into DVDs. This entire shelf thingy is what I like to call my wire shelf. As you can see, pretty much each shelf is full of different wires that do different kinds of things.

So, um, I have things to connect my Mac to the TV, my, uh, iPhone to the TV, a whole bunch of stuff. And, um, there we go, that was a quick tour of my house and all the electronic products I own.

Um, this is not all of the MacKids products; I know that Garrett owns—um, off the top of my head, I know he has a Windows machine, an iBook, um, iPod Touch, iPod Classic, and the MacBook Pro. And he's planning on getting...
