Самая главная задача ног в большом теннисе — это принести согнутые руки на расстояние мяча. Я пробую это показать. Э можно долго говорить о задаче ног на корте, естественно, это такой большой вопрос.

Но если вы задумываетесь просто о самой главной задаче ног, вы всегда должны за счёт ног приносить полу согнутые руки к мчу. Если вы сохраняете полу согнутые руки, ваши ноги сделали работу правильно. Это касательно любого удара, касательно резаного удара, к которому вы подходите.

Да, это другая работа ног, но задача остаётся той же. Касательно удара слёта, когда вы делаете одним шагом, когда мяч не очень далеко, и когда мяч гораздо дальше, вы делаете первый шаг дополнительный.

Опять же сохраняете полу согнутых, и именно это основная задача ног в теннисе.
