Kevin, state of Colorado: "What can't we do? Open container. You can't be carrying around a beer; you can just dump it out. There you go, that'd be great. Hey, we got a report that you were driving around through the neighborhoods. What can you tell me about that?"

"Walking? Pull this. Hang onto that. So is this person walking up behind us with you? No legs, actually. Come on, it's the guy right here that dropped by my house twice. Did you call this in?"

"Yeah, Kevin, stay right. Yeah, no problem. Stay right there, okay? So did you see him?"

"Oh yeah, yeah, twice, and you saw him? I saw him behind them. I went through his passenger side window and said, 'Do we have a problem?'"

"What was he doing in the truck? What raised the attention for you to come out and contact him?"

"He drove by. Okay, my little niece was walking over to my house, and he peeled out right next to her, scared the crap out of her. She came running to my house."

"Do you feel that that is a harassing?"

"Oh yeah, yeah, for sure. Did you have any connection to this man at all?"

"No. Yeah, well, yes. What is that? That's my father-in-law's ex, soon-to-be ex-wife's boyfriend. Where? And I know he's drunk as a skunk."

"Do me a favor. I was born at night, but it wasn't last night. I don't even know any of these people. I have no idea where they always catch. That's listen, town. You happen to go right past people's homes because you guys are dealing with—"

"No, there's no other reason for you to be over here walking in ten-degree weather unless you have an intent."

"No, what is—no intent? I don't know what any of these—do I have no idea? I don't want no problems."

"Look, nobody hears. I don't care. Here's a quick and easy resolution, okay? Stay away. Don't call, don't harass, don't drive. I don't even come over here. Let me finish, okay? And here's what I'm gonna do for you right now—I'm gonna spare you roadside maneuvers, DUI. You're gonna go home. You get behind the wheel of a vehicle, I'll get you for that, all right? Do not come back here. No, no, you guys will get your stuff figured out."

"Ultimately, at the end of the day, we got both parties to agree to leave each other alone for the night. Hopefully, that will avoid you no more headache down the road. But I don't know; I'm certain we'll end up back there in the next night or two and dealing with these same folks again."
