Тренер, который что-то может, кто это? В первую очередь, это личность. У этого человека наверняка сформирована какая-то система. У него есть представление о концепции правильного и неправильного. Естественно, это субъективное мнение. Оно может отличаться: какому-то родителю может нравиться мнение этого тренера, какому-то — нет.

Ну, это как такой своеобразный химизм мозга. Когда родители профессионально настроены, находят тренера, профессионально настроены, и родители, которые ходят for fun, находят тренера, который for fun. Подобно в этой ситуации, это тоже работает. Но в большинстве своем я не верю в вероятность встречи высококвалифицированного специалиста, потому что он отдаст в управление свой самый главный ресурс — время.

Он доверит это время управлять кому-то. Кто-то будет управлять его временем, кто-то будет говорить ему, что делать, кто-то будет говорить ему, как работать, кто-то будет говорить ему, с кем играть.
