Так что беззвучные слова в голове — наш внутренний голос, который, кстати, имеет свой собственный тембр, и при помощи которого мы ведём внутренний диалог.

Есть не у всех. Отсутствие внутреннего голоса называется анен зя. Учёные предположили, что анен зя может влиять на некоторые бытовые аспекты. Они собрали почти сотню взрослых людей с Ане эндофарм.

На вербальную память, например, их просили запоминать слова, похожие по звучанию и написанию: адресат — адресант, вдох — вздох. Такие слова лучше запоминаются, когда проговариваешь про себя.

У людей без внутреннего голоса запоминание и правда происходило с затруднениями. В итоге учёные заявили, что в обычной жизни более слабая словесная память у людей без внутреннего голоса хоть и присутствует, но не будет сильно выделяться и мешать в быту.
