Как вы считаете, если колония бактерий с Марса летит в сторону Земли на метеорите? Каковы её шансы пережить полёт? Можно применить те же оценки, что и для поверхности Марса. Метеорит должен быть большой, чтобы микробы находились внутри на глубине 10 метров. Так до них не дойдёт космическое излучение и протоны.

В космосе довольно прохладно. Но если микробы окажутся с солнечной стороны, там вообще-то может оказаться очень жарко, и тогда есть шанс не просто высохнуть, а запечься. В общем, нужна защита и от ионизирующего излучения, и от высоких температур. Холод нам не страшен: в замороженном состоянии микроб выживет.

Ещё одна сложность: какой-то объект полетит с поверхности Марса. Он должен лететь во внутреннюю часть Солнечной системы и пересекать в нужный момент орбиту Земли. После этого придётся преодолеть нашу атмосферу. В целом, ничего невозможного.
