Несмотря на то что 2011 год у Джоковича, наверное, был один из лучших в его карьере, тем не менее в этом матче Фрер оказался сильнее.

В пятнадцатом году в финале с Лавренко я считаю, что вообще живого человека на земле в тот момент не было, кто мог бы выиграть матч в том состоянии, в котором находился Вавринка в этом финале. В двадцать первом году Медведев ничего не сделал, чтобы обыграть Джоковича. Джокович, опять же, возвращаясь к той разрушительной силе желания, просто перегорел на этом матче.
