Если попросить выбрать цвет и число, участники опросов в десятках стран часто выбирают синий и семь. Психологи даже придумали название феномен синей Семёрки.

Уже давно существует предположение, что при выборе случайного числа в промежутке от одного до 100 аналог этого феномена — 37. Мы на канале Веритасиум решили это проверить и опросили сотни людей.

Чаще всего нам отвечали семь. Возможно, люди просто привыкли к тому, что обычно просят назвать число от одного до 10, а из двухзначных чисел чаще всего называли 37.

Мы очень удивились. Мы решили провести самое глобальное расследование по вопросу числа 37. И оказывались порой в очень неожиданных местах. [музыка]
