[музыка] В невесомости классно. Можно делать то, что нигде больше не повторить: летать, зависать, кувыркаться. Но за это приходится платить.

Без привычной физической нагрузки рискуешь стать слабым: мышцы начинают атрофироваться, кости буквально растворяются в теле. И чтобы оставаться в тонусе для выхода в космос и надевания скафандра, а также чтобы снова можно было ходить по возвращении на Землю, мы должны тренироваться.

Наше тело должно оставаться сильным на МКС. У нас есть разные тренажёры, даже настоящая беговая дорожка номер ДТ2 - наш Терминатор. И прямо сейчас на космической станции время тренировки.
