Productive Day in My Life in Japan 🇯🇵 |Med School Diaries #2 📚🧫

Hi, it's me Rudy. Welcome to my channel! You're currently watching Chill Productive Day Vlog. I woke up at 5:00 AM, and I decided to study until 7:00 AM because 7 A.M. is a time for breakfast at my grandparents' house. I firstly started studying with a health communication lecture, and I made myself some questions that I'm going to later answer on. I'm currently using the Notion app for all of my studies. I'm doing active recall and spaced repetition, which are the most effective techniques to study.

After studying for about two hours or so, I got bored, and I decided to put my accessories on and have breakfast. I had breakfast, I showered, then I did my makeup. I changed my clothes and all that stuff. I have quite a lot of things to do today. I'm currently doing laundry, then I'll probably study for two to three pomodoros, maybe. Then I will go have lunch with my brother. Then maybe I'll go for a walk. I don't know; might be. I don't know; I'm not really sure about that. It depends on how I feel.

I haven't been working out for more than a month, so I'm currently pretty weak, but I also don't want to work out. So just going for a walk, you know, maybe listening to some podcasts, YouTube, or some sort of stuff. Maybe audiobooks that I vote. I don't know; we'll see.

Okay, one minute left. Future me is talking! I didn't go for a walk, by the way. I did the laundry. I realized that I wasn't doing something entertaining, so I decided to show you guys my grandpa's course. After having a few study sessions, I got really bored, so I decided to check my email and surf on the internet a bit.

I’ll probably be doing two to three pomodoros until lunch. Let's get started!

I had lunch and came back home. I made myself a cup of coffee. I will be studying for two pomodoros and then doing the laundry again. So, I have picked the laundry. I feel pretty sluggish after lunch, and I also don't have any motivation to study. But we don't need motivation to do something right? So, motivation is just an excuse. So let's get started. I really don't want it, but I really have to.

I had my dinner, and I'm currently chilling, watching YouTube videos, watching animes, and all that stuff. I'm also reading books from Kindle, so I might chill for about an hour, then I might start studying again. Here's me doing my nighttime skincare routine. Maybe you're thinking she has a full nighttime skincare routine and she has that skin, but this video was filmed two months ago, and my skin is much better now. I was planning to study for one more hour, but I am pretty sleepy, so I decided to sleep. Good night! Thank you for watching. Bye!
