Hi guys, it's me, Ruri. So yeah, I just woke up. I head to the bathroom, I took a very cold shower, and now I'm doing my skincare routine. After doing my skincare, I'll make myself some coffee and start studying. Peace. Oh, why does my hair look this weird?

Anyways, so I had my breakfast and now it's currently 11:11 a.m. I have a fever; like last night I had also a fever, and we went to the hospital with my dad. I got tested, and I'll get the test results in a couple of hours, I guess. I hope that I'm negative. Oh, by the way, the test that I took was a COVID test. So yeah, I'm waiting for my result, but I just feel a little bit lethargic. I decided to read a bit of a book, which I'll be reading on my Kindle Oasis. But yeah, I'll be reading some books to chill a bit, and I'll probably start studying in a couple of hours. I'm not really sure about that, but I will. I just feel so tired right now because I'm a little bit sick, but it's okay. Yep, peace.

So my dad was making one of our favorite Turkish dishes, which is kavruma. Normally, I don't really love kavruma, but I only love my dad's version of it. Since I don't know how to explain kavruma very well in English, let me read the Wikipedia explanation of kavruma. So, kavruma is a broad type of fried or sautéed meat dish found in Turkish cuisine. The name also refers to canned or preserved versions of a similar dish prepared by dry frying the meat to render down fat.

In Turkey, kavruma, or such kebab, refers to a dish made by sautéing or frying onions in meat such as lamb, beef, or other game briskly over high heat. Peppers are nearly always used, and the dish is cooked and often served in a shallow two-handled pan or such that has its origins in the cooking utensils used by nomads.

I actually asked the recipe from my dad, but he said that it's a secret, so he doesn't want to share it. But yeah, you can just watch this clip and try to understand the rest. So sorry, guys, but yeah, he has his own spice mixture that he adds to it. When you look at the other recipes, it's really different the way he does it. My mom is a chef, but this is like a mom-approved dish of my dad, and it is so, so delicious. We all love my dad's kavruma, but it takes hours for him to prepare this because he has his special method to make it.

We just eat it here and there, and especially if you love those spicy meat dishes, you would 100 percent love this. I ate this kavruma with rice; some people eat it with bread, but I'm personally a rice person, Asian. So yeah, I eat it with rice. It was super, super delicious, though.

After eating my kavruma, I played a little bit with my stray cats. Also, for those who have been asking why my mom is not cooking, firstly, my mom does cook, and secondly, there is no rule that says a woman has to cook the food, etc. My mom's leg is injured, so she is resting right now. Yep, bye, bye, bye, bye, bye.

After saying goodbye to my brother, I continued to eat my delicious kavruma. It was my second plate. Probably after watching my lovely stray cat Pom Pom, I realized that we have exactly the same mood. To hype up my mood, I made myself a caramel latte from Starbucks. I've been obsessed with these Starbucks caramel lattes. They just taste so good, and they're so easy to prepare. They were on sale in Turkey, so if you're living in Turkey, I would highly recommend buying them because they taste exactly the same as these Starbucks drinks, even though they are instant ones.

I watched Ali Abdullah's PTYA course for a couple of hours. The PTYA course just ended a couple of days ago, but I had some lessons that I didn't watch, so I did watch them. I got pretty tired. I think I don't have that much energy right now because I'm a little bit sick, so I decided to take a nap. It's currently 3 p.m., and right now I'm taking a break from social media for three days. I'll be posting a video about this a week later after I publish this video.

We are doing this challenge with my part-time YouTuber academy friends Izzy and Matt. I'll link their channel as well. We decided to take a break from social media for three days. We will do some Zoom meetings to talk about our experiences and update ourselves and stuff. We also do weekly Zoom calls where we give feedback on each other's YouTube videos and talk about how we can make our content better, etc. They're just my accountability buddies, basically, and we are doing this challenge together, which is awesome because I don't feel alone in this way.

We have that meeting at 4 p.m., and it's currently 3 p.m., so I think I'll take a nap for about an hour to just refresh and re-energize myself. So let's take a nap. Hang on. This is like staying on my usual look. Oh well, that's fine. Okay, ready?

Yeah, wait! What do we got? We're just like—wait. Okay, so I came back. My 15-minute tea break ended up being an hour of my family and I chatting, but it's totally fine. I made myself a cup of tea, and then I talked with my family about different things and stuff. And yeah, so I feel very energized, and I also took some medicine, so I feel much better.

Now I'm about to start studying. I'll probably use the app called Forest, which I have a premium membership for. I'm trying a bunch of different apps to kind of calculate my study hours and stuff. This is the Forest app; if you don't know, it's like a type of Pomodoro timer. I think I'll study in 19-minute blocks three to four times. I hope so; I'll do that. I don't remember how much I studied, but I probably studied for about an hour or so. I'm not really sure.

Hi, it's a quick little app time! I want to introduce you to a product that has significantly improved my productivity, and that is Wondershare PDF Element. You might think, "What is PDF Element, and how did PDF Element increase your productivity?" So, Wondershare PDF Element is an all-in-one solution. You can do whatever you want to do to your PDF using Wondershare PDF Element.

What do I mean by that? For example, editing PDFs, doing OCR, highlighting them, signing them, converting them, and a bunch of other stuff that you can check on their website. One of the functions that I like the most is the OCR technology. Let's say you have a book or some sort of document, and you scanned it. You want to do OCR, which literally understands the text that is in the document and converts it to editable text so that you can change things using PDF Element.

For example, I did OCR technology right now and picked up the text that is in the document. Now I can edit the text, and I can do whatever I want. The good news is they have a bunch of new features in updated versions, such as dark/light mode, and it became much easier to use—easy user experience, and the conversion quality improved by 50%. You can easily annotate your PDF file and do whatever you want to do: draw lines, highlight them, do whatever you want.

Another feature that I love is that you can sign documents using PDF Element. When I'm signing some sort of contract or some sponsorship deal, I used to send the document to my iPad through Airdrop. I would sign it, send it back to my computer, and send it via Gmail. But now, because I have PDF Element, I can simply click the sign button and create a sign that I want, let's say through V. I can use this to sign any sort of document. This is very convenient because when you're working or when you have a lot of documents to do, sending it through Airdrop doesn't take that much. But when you do it 10 times, 20 times, 100 times, and when you repeat those actions, cutting time from these small actions is the easiest way to become more productive.

Other than those OCR and signing functions, there are a lot of functions that you can check from Wondershare's website, and it's really easy to use. If you're looking for a PDF element, I would highly recommend Wondershare PDF. I will link a link that will allow you to get 50% off your PDF purchase, so don't forget to check it out. You can use this PDF element for Mac, Windows, whatever. Also, if you want to try it out, you can download it for free. Yeah, so PDF Element offers an all-in-one solution for Mac, iOS, Android, and also for iCloud. If you want to learn more about PDF Element, you can simply Google "PDF Element Wondershare" and look for the other features.

Hi guys, so it's been a while! It's currently 10 p.m., and I got really sick of my study place. I turned up my blue lights and stuff so that I can change the vibe a little bit. I also turned the air conditioner on because the weather—oh, it's so freaking hot! Even at 10 p.m., it's super, super hot.

I'm currently checking my list of what I need to do today so that I can finish every single task that I have and go to bed today. I don't think that I'll go to bed early because today I just had a long nap and also wasn't feeling very good during the evening. But now, because I took my medication, I feel much better and very energized and ready for the night. So yeah, I'll do the things that I planned for myself. I love this YouTube community! I love following up on things like that.

I just saw a stream of comments replying to my comments saying, "100,000 congrats!" Hi! I changed my clothes; I'm currently wearing my PJs. I have two options: it's currently 11:47 p.m. The two options are I can go to bed and wake up early tomorrow, then do the tasks that I want to do. The second option is to pull an all-nighter to complete the things that I want to do and then go to sleep with a clear and satisfied mind.

My productivity brain says that you need to get your eight hours of sleep in order to function well, but my other productivity brain—brain number two—says pull an all-nighter and get the things that you have to do or want to do done so that you can go to bed with a clear and positive mind. When you wake up, you don't feel like you've wasted your yesterday, and you're just going to focus on whatever you need to do.

Tomorrow, I can wake up at like 10:30 or 11-ish, so I have a bit of time for sleep. Of course, I choose the second option, which is not healthy for myself. I'll pull an all-nighter and get the things I want to do done so that I can go to bed with a clear and peaceful mind and get a good sleep, then start tomorrow. These days, I realize that I'm obsessed with waking up early. I realized that even though every single time I say that waking up early doesn't necessarily mean that you spend your day productively, there is a constant kind of preset that I have telling me that I have to wake up in order to be productive.

But it's totally a lie! You can wake up at literally 3 p.m. and spend your day productively. Waking up at 5:00 a.m. only means that you woke up at 5 a.m.; it doesn't tell how you spent your day. I decided to complete the things that I want to do so that I can at least have a clear mind and not a to-do list in my brain when I go to bed. So I made myself a cup of coffee, and I'll drink this and start working.

Okay, so it's currently 2 a.m., and I started to lose my concentration a little bit. I decided to meditate for 10 minutes. Let's see how it goes. Okay, so I did a formation type of meditation, which I'm not a big fan of because I kind of feel weird when I repeat affirmations such as, "I'm powerful, and I can do it," and stuff. I just liked my own affirmations because those affirmations were a little bit weird for me, like "I'm centered, I'm grounded, I'm thankful for everything," blah blah.

But the affirmation that I used was, "Believe in yourself. You're capable of doing this," and stuff. Overall, I'm kind of sleepy, but not that much. I think I can definitely pull a couple of hours of study sessions. Is this the thing that you should do? Absolutely not! This is another thing that you should not do every day. This is just a random day of mine pulling an all-nighter. I don't really pull that many all-nighters. That just was a day that happened this way. I wasn't planning to pull an all-nighter at all, but sometimes, you know, life gets in the way.

Yeah, I got back to studying, and I'll probably study for about a couple more hours, and then I'll go to sleep because it's currently 2:30 a.m. What the hell am I doing with my life? I really don't know, but anyways, let's go back to studying. Peace.

It's currently 3 a.m. I think I'll take a quick nap. I hope that I won't fall asleep, but yeah, I decided to take maybe 5 to 10 minutes of a nap to refresh myself. My studies are actually going pretty well! I'm glad that I didn't go to bed early because I'm surprisingly very concentrated and getting a lot of things done. If I wouldn't have gotten those things done today, I would probably be loaded with a bunch of stuff tomorrow.

Oh yeah, I'll take a maybe 10 or 15-minute nap, then I'll go back to studying. I'll probably study for about an hour and then just go to bed because I think it's enough for a day. Peace.

Good morning! My 15-minute nap actually ended up being a whole night's sleep, which is not bad, actually. I feel energized right now. Thanks for watching! I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Maybe this day was not a typical productive day in my life, but it was also productive. Sometimes you go to bed a bit late; sometimes you can go to bed early and then wake up early. But you know, I also have those days where I go to bed at midnight, so don't feel that much pressure when you go to bed late and wake up late. It's okay. Bye!
