Я покажу, что такое акцент, как выделить в закрытой стойке ноги.

Попробуйте сейчас посмотреть на мои ноги. Мелко, мелко, мелко – чуть шире. Да. И вот этот вот шаг, которым я бью, вот это уже шаг акцентированный. Вот я бегу. Первый, перед которым я начинаю разворачиваться, второй, которым я заканчиваю разворот, и третий, которым я делаю шаг – это и есть акцент. Это и есть то понимание, без которого вы не можете нанести удар.

Вот это называется выделить ноги. Мне невозможно представить нормальный удар, где все шаги будут одинаковые. То есть, если они будут до конца мелкими, и человек просто пробегая, нанесёт удар – это невозможно.

В зависимости от того, какой удар наносит человек, его ноги должны выделять то или иное движение. Но как правило, это выделяются последние шаги. То есть для закрытой стойки. Да, я показал.

То есть это приблизительно: правая в сторону начинает выделять, левая вперёд выделяет, и правая с шагом выделяет.
