trying to fix my sleep schedule

I'm trying to fix my sleep schedule. I've been waking up at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m., and I don't know when I sleep. So, in today's episode, I'm going to try to fix my sleep schedule as much as possible. I realized that in order to fix your sleep schedule, you need to first have a sleep schedule.

I wake up, I'm ready to go. Yeah, feeling so good, in control.

So, it's currently 3:20 a.m., and let me explain why the hell I'm eating a curry udon at 3:30 a.m. The thing is, I actually have a pretty reasonable excuse to make, so let me explain that. I was trying to fix my sleep schedule, so I went for a run. I mean, I could only run for five minutes, whatever. I'm so out of shape right now.

Anyways, I was trying to fix my sleep schedule, so in order to do that, I decided to make myself a little bit tired so that I could sleep early. I went for a run, came back, took a hot shower, and if you watch my "how to wake up early" video, you probably know that taking a hot shower 90 to 120 minutes before bed really helps with improving the quality of sleep. It helps you with going to sleep.

Anyways, I tried that, and after that, I actually felt very good. I felt really ready for sleeping. But then I suddenly started to watch YouTube. Like, why? I don't know why. After watching a couple of videos, I started to read some mangas. I ended up scrolling for like two hours or something, and then I started to get hungry.

Now, when I get hungry, I can't just not function. I cannot think. I cannot move. If you watch any of my videos, you probably know that I'm a foodie. I couldn't do anything, and it's currently 3 a.m. I couldn't sleep because I was hungry. I realized that in order to fix your sleep schedule, you need to first have a sleep schedule.

These days, I've been sleeping at 3 a.m., 4 a.m. Sometimes I don't sleep, and I wake up at the weirdest times. I take a nap, and last day, I took a seven-hour nap. It's not a nap; I don't know what the hell I'm doing. But I'm gonna have a bite. Not a bite, though. What is this? Schlurp? No, it's curry udon. Udon is another noodle dish from Japan.

Oh my god, so good! If we had some eggs and some veggies, I would like to add, but we don't have any eggs at the moment.

Oh my god, this is so good! This is so good! Oh, stop! So good! Time for peaches and some iced coffee. I got this from Singapore Starbucks. I love Singapore. Definitely want to visit. I think I went to Singapore two times: once for location and once for transit. I love Singapore; the food is good. I love laksa, and I really love the airport as well.

The airport is so beautiful! I think it got the best airport award or something. But literally, there's some sort of a not zoo, plant version of a zoo, however you call it. They have that. They have a cinema in the airport, which is super fancy, and I love the Singapore airport. It's just so good. I love laksa. I love lux. I love Asian cuisine. It's just like, so good. It's perfect for me.

Um, time for coffee. Why the hell am I drinking coffee at 3:37 a.m.? I don't know as well.

[Music]

Oh, this is a cold iced coffee. Yum! My plan is that if I would pull an all-nighter today, I think I can go to sleep pretty early, and I can start waking up pretty early. So, today my goal is to go to sleep at 7-8 p.m.-ish and then sleep until 7-8 a.m.-ish, which is actually a solid plan.

I mean, it's obviously not the healthiest, but when you don't have a pre-existing sleep schedule, it's hard to fix it. So I decided to create one so that I can fix it, you know what I mean?

I decided to make myself this honey caramel coffee. Oh!

I'm at my room once again. I'm having this honey—what is that? Honey caramel coffee. This is so good! This is one of my favorite coffees of all time, and it just smells so, so good. My mom got this from Japan for my birthday. I remember that we had this coffee, and she made me a birthday cake, and we had this coffee with that cake, and it was so good!

Ah, it's currently 4 a.m. I decided to read a bit, and I think I'm going to be reading the book called "Storyworthy." I kind of feel like I need to improve my storytelling because I feel like my vlogs are getting a little bit boring. So I decided to improve my storytelling, and I decided to change my vlog style.

I'm gonna experiment with that, guys, and I would like to know your opinions about it. I think I'm gonna keep experimenting because without experimenting, we cannot really learn. So I'm gonna do that, and we'll see what type of vlogs I'm gonna be making. Everybody has a different style when it comes to vlogs, and I would like to think that my vlogs were good, but I think I can be better at that. I like optimizing things and getting better at them, so I decided to improve my storytelling.

So in order to do that, I'm gonna read this book called "Storyworthy," which is going to be super fun.

Free time! I can't help but reply with hearts in my eyes. I think I really like you, but I never say it straight to your face.

Okay, so enough fake sleeping scene! I failed. I couldn't pull an all-nighter. The thing that I realized after hitting my 20s is that I can't pull all-nighters. I just can't do it. I'm not young enough to do that. My body doesn't allow me to do that.

It's currently 10 a.m. At least I didn't wake up at 2 p.m. or something. I'm proud of myself! I'm proud of myself! I said that twice because that was important, I guess.

To be continued.
