В 2003 году именно это Каман и провернул вместе с другими учеными.

Он провел эксперимент с участием 682 пациентов, которые проходили колоноскопию. Половина подверглась стандартной процедуре, остальным добавили 3 минуты, в которые колоноскоп не извлекали, но перестали двигать. Ощущения не из приятных, но не такие болезненные, как во время процедуры.

Пациенты из второй группы оценили опыт на 10% лучше, чем из первой, и они с большей вероятностью приходили на повторное обследование. Переведено и озвучено студией Верт дайдер.
