Вообще-то, обычно в дожде нет ничего плохого: влага испаряется или просачивается в почву. Оттуда её впитывают растения, или она попадает в подземные водные системы. Они слишком быстро, как бывает при тайфуне, то не так радужно, чтобы изучить возможные риски и придумать, как их избежать.
