За время вот когда меня обучали, я ни разу не слышал там ни одной подсказки ни от одного тренера, чтобы мне кто-то сказал там, ну как надо держать голову на подаче. Не знаю, или я её правильно держал, или всем было похер, но мне кажется, что вот надо держать голову до того момента, пока не происходит контакт.

То есть ты контролируешь момент контакта, ракетка производит контакт, и вот здесь вот, когда уже контакт с мечом происходит, вот тогда ты уже переключаешь голову непосредственно на фронтальное зрение. Напротив, че, как полетел мяч, как он принял и так далее.
