My iPhone Broke

·Nov 3, 2024

Hey guys, this is Mac Kids 101, and today, as you can tell from the title, I'm going to be telling you about how my iPhone broke.

No, so it's not that bad. As you can see, my phone still works. I can do everything that you need to do, but as you can see on the top, um, it did actually crack. So now I'm going to be telling you the story and what I plan to do. If you have any um comments, if your iPhone broke or if you want to share your story, what you think I should do, just comment below. Feel free to leave a video response; I'll accept it if it's good.

Okay, and so yeah. So basically, I was video chatting with someone, and then um, I remember I forget what I had to do. I was, I think I had to like wash my hands because they were dirty or something. So I walked into the bathroom with my laptop and my um phone, and my phone um dropped. I remember I was cursing really, really loudly because I was really mad, and I didn't even see that it was broken yet. But I just never dropped my phone, so even that was a big deal for me.

So then when I flipped it over to like see it, and when I saw the crack, like I started like flipping out. The person on video chat was like, "What's wrong?" and so like I showed it to them, and they were like, "Oh my God." So, um, luckily it's only on the top black part, so I can still use my phone, and I can see pretty much everything. There's a little scratch over the ATT 3G and a little scratch over the battery, but I can still see that pretty well.

So, this is what I think I'm going to be doing. First off, for sure, Apple is coming out with a new iPhone this summer. um, they're probably gonna announce it at WWDC, and it's probably gonna come out like two months later. Um, for sure, like um, every Mac Rumor website, especially Mac Rumors, is like coming out with more and more rumors every day about the iPhone. And even the iPhone 3G, um, now the iPhone 3.0 software has hints that they're coming out with a new iPhone, and so yeah, that's clear.

So, I think, but what's probably gonna happen is I'm probably just gonna deal with this for like the next four months or however long until the next iPhone comes out, and then I'm just going to buy the new iPhone. Okay, and I'll sell this one on eBay. And if I don't do that, um, this is what the other solution would be.

First off, before I tell you this, I should tell you my mom is obsessed. It's not a bad thing, but she's obsessed with Google. And so, um, when we got the iPhone, even before she, we were gonna get it, she knew that Google was going to make the Android, and she was questioning about um getting an iPhone because she's like the, and Google's really good with software. The Android's probably going to be really good, and I'm like, "Mom, trust me, the iPhone's the way to go."

So she did end up getting an iPhone, but she, when I showed her that, she's like, "Well, if I get Android, I can give me my iPhone." So it's probably not gonna happen, but deep inside, or the back of her head, she's probably like always thinking about the Android just because she loves Google. But yeah, so that's what's gonna happen with my iPhone. I'm probably gonna sell this one on eBay. Might do a giveaway, probably not.

Um, yeah, I do you think? Do you think anyone still want this? I mean everything still works. Like here, I'll play some music so you can see it still works. Uh, Shuffle, see? And like shake the shuffle works, but now you have to be playing.

So yeah, so my iPhone still works, so I don't really know what I'm gonna be doing, but yeah. If you have any tips or stories you'd like to share, feel free to leave a video response or um, um text comment. Thank you for watching, and have a nice day. Goodbye!
