В этом видео мы поговорим о самом важном ударе в большом теннисе. Поехали! Я начну с стереотипа, который, наверное, существует у очень многих людей. Мне нравится немножко как шатать эти стереотипы или видоизменять их.

Наверное, многие люди знают, что самые важные удары - это подача и приём. С этим нельзя не согласиться с одной точки зрения, потому что без подачи ты не начинаешь розыгрыш, без приёма ты тоже его не начнёшь. То есть ты не делаешь первый удар.

Неважно, как ты делаешь другие удары, но всё-таки, если ты перешагнул какой-то этап начального уровня, где ты, допустим, можешь сделать подачу, тычок или приём вот так вот отбить, то, по моему мнению, самый важный удар - это открытая стойка с форхенд. Будь это право, если вы правша, будь это лево, если вы левша, и я попробую дальше в этом видео рассказать, почему.
