[Música] En un principio, a mí no me gustaba pasar mucho tiempo bajo el agua porque a mí me asustaba. Mi madre siempre me hacía sufrir porque me soltaba en el agua. La base a ella, y ella iba nadando hacia atrás. Entonces nunca, nunca llegaba hacia ella. Para practicar, la medida tiene que estar totalmente ajena de los problemas que tengas.

[Música] A mi familia no le gusta porque realmente siempre han pensado que es un deporte peligroso. Y yo tengo la costumbre de practicar el deporte solo. Que nunca hay que hacerlo durante los nueve meses que estamos en el vientre materno, pues estamos sumergidos siempre en un líquido. Entonces, la proporciona ya directamente ese estado de desconexión y seguridad.

[Música] Bajan los latidos de tu corazón en cuanto tu cara conecta con el agua. La sensación de ingravidez es parecida a la que siente la gente cuando hace caída libre o un astronauta.
